This is a list of the club rides that are scheduled. If you would like to lead a ride, please contact our Ride Captain and she will arrange for your ride to be listed on this page. So, if you're going to go riding anyhow, invite a few friends along with you.
Rides do not have to be the same route every week and the ride leader will choose based on conditions and weather. We ask ride leaders to stick to the advertised pace. If you find your ride is coming in substantially faster or slower than advertised, please modify the posting.
This chart will give you an idea of how fast the rides are so
you can judge if it's a good fit for your fitness and/or skills.
Don't ride off more than you can do.

We're going for a ride on what may be the prettiest bike path in the world. Every year, the National Park service starts plowing the roads in March in preparation for summer visitors. That means by early April the roads are clear of ice and snow. The park service doesn't open up the roads to motor vehicles until May1. That leaves the road for bikers and joggers to enjoy. This will be a casual out and back ride on Teton Park Road. The full route to Jackson Lake and back is about 40 mile with about 1200 ft of vertical total. There is a $5 park access fee and no services once you enter the park roads.
To get to the Taggart Lake Trailhead parking lot, enter the park on Teton Park Road going past the Moose Visitor Center and through the entrance station. There, you can ask directions. But, basically the parking lot is at the end of the road section open to cars. Please let me know if you're planning on going. We will probably be able to arrange car pools for the trip up. After the ride, we'll probably stop for a bite to eat and a cup of something warm.
